1) Log-in to your BPI Express Online Account

2) In your BPI Express Online Account, Click the "My Portfolio" button on the upper right corner of the page.
3) Then select "Edit Preferred Name" button.
4) Then you will be directed to the Edit Preferred Name web page.
5) Select the Account you wish to changed.
6) Then click the "Submit" button to changed the changes you have made.
7) You will now be directed to your BPI Express Online Portfolio. Then you will notice that the name of the account you wish to rename has benn changed.

This is no longer applicable with the new BPI Online interface.
